Vintage Board Co. Returns Policy

At Vintage Board Co., we take pride in the quality of our products, including our wooden paddle board designs and accessories. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following returns policy:

Digital Plans and Printed Plans

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital download plans or printed plans. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Printed plans are also non-returnable once they have been shipped.

Example:

If you purchase a digital download for a paddle board plan, you will not be able to return it for a refund, even if you encounter issues with the design.

Accessories Range

  • Defective Products: We strive to provide high-quality accessories for your paddle boarding needs. If you receive a defective product from our accessories range, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Example:

If you receive a defective paddle board accessory, such as a carry strap that does not function as intended, you can contact us to initiate a return within 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item in question, and a description of the defect (if applicable).
  3. Follow Instructions: We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the defective item.
