While our flat-pack kits and digital plans are engineered for shed builders to assemble themselves, we reserve a strictly limited number of workshop build slots each season for clients seeking a completed, turnkey timber craft.

Every bespoke board is individually made, glassed, and varnished by our studio in Avoca Beach. Combining precision internal timber architecture with select sustainable paulownia and cedar skins, these are heirloom watercraft engineered for functional ocean performance and finished to gallery standards.

The Studio Standard

  • Lightweight Hollow-Core Architecture: Precision CNC-cut interlocking marine timber skeletons that maximize strength while eliminating redundant weight.

  • Hand-Selected Timber Skins: Hand selected Okoume marine plywood skins for the deck and bottom.

  • Fiberglass & Marine Bio-Resin Armor: High-clarity, UV-stabilized epoxy matrix with 4oz–6oz aerospace fiberglass reinforcement for watertight durability.

  • High-Gloss Marine Varnish: Multi-stage, hand-buffed protective clear coats providing UV protection and a deep, glass-like timber finish.

  • Custom Brass or Laser-Engraved Builder's Plaque: Numbered and personalized with your name, build date, or custom inscription.

Commission Availability & Investment

To maintain uncompromised craft standards, our studio accepts a maximum of 2 to 3 commissions per quarter.
