Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Vintage Board Co. All prices and shipping rates are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Digital plans

Downloadable plans aren't shipped. You'll receive a download link by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Kits and plywood parts kits are made to order and may take longer; we'll email you with an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping rates

  • Printed A4 plans: free shipping worldwide.
  • Plans with printed templates: flat rate $15 worldwide.
  • Australia and New Zealand: $29.50 standard, $39.50 for bulky items.
  • International: $15 standard for plans, $79 for bulky items, $65 for express (estimated 3 to 6 business days).
  • Plywood parts kits: $195 within Australia, $245 to New Zealand, $295 to the rest of the world.
  • Apparel is printed and shipped by our print partner, with flat rates from $4.79 to $12.49 depending on destination. Express delivery within the United States requires a phone number at checkout.

Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive in 2 to 8 business days and international orders in 7 to 21 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and remote areas or customs checks can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses, lost or damaged parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't turned up within the estimated window, email us with your order number and photos where relevant and we'll sort it out.
